Note to District/LEA:  This is the required information to be displayed on your website per the October 2008 Title I Regulations.   Eligible children for School Choice are all children enrolled in that building.  Put in your actual numbers for the # signs, and for the current year the buildings that children may transfer to from the building in School Improvement.

Public School Choice

The North Wood R-IV School District has 1 (one)  building in Title I School Improvement, One Elementary and Middle School.  We have single attendance centers (no other elementary and middle school with the same grade span); therefore, we cannot offer the School Choice option.

Under the Federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB), this option is available to all parents whose child attends a Title I school in School Improvement the first year and every year the building is in School Improvement status.
